We were in a yearlong saga with our roof before meeting Steve. We'd worked with the insurance company and a multitude of roofers and vendors. We were introduced to Steve when we were stymied about next steps.

Steve sauntered into our messy situation with a calm and reassuring expertise. Steve listened to our situation, pored over our documentation, and then suggested ways in which he could help. He explained difficult insurance terms in language we understood. He answered all of our questions and then asked some of his own for clarification. What I liked best was the way he explained the process and next steps clearly for us.

We were relieved to have someone to help us along the way. Steve gave us more than peace of mind. He was someone we could trust to take our interests further into the process.
